‘NOT TALENT, BUT MONEY IS WHAT MATTERS HERE’

Actor Sunny Deol reflects on the ways of the film industry and what works these days

He might have slowed down on the number of films that he does every year, but actor Sunny Deol is happy that his younger brother, actor Bobby Deol, has finally found his way back to films, after a hiatus.

Ask Sunny if he watched Race 3 that marked Bobby’s comeback to the big screen, the proud brother says, “I am very happy. There’s lot of positivity about Bobby. We always say ‘Jab aadmi khud sochta hai, tabhi karta hai, kisi ke kehne se nahi karta hai’. I wish that had dawned on him much earlier.”

A pertinent point that Bobby had made in his interviews after making a comeback was how you can’t wait, and the need to go out and ask for work in Bollywood.
