Sara Ali Khan is the latest star kid to enter Bollywood as she gears up to make her much-awaited debut. Though Kedarnath marks her maiden venture, the young actor will also be seen in the Rohit Shetty-helmed, Simmba, this year. Even though there were rumours that the release date of Kedarnath would get pushed to 2019 owing to legal troubles between producers, none of that is happening, as the film is set to release in December this year. This means that both Simmba and Kedarnath will release in the same month, and Sara is excited for both her films releasing back-to-back.

A source says, “Both the films are completely different from each other and have radically diverse backdrops. Sara is daring to debut with an intense role in Kedarnath. She is all set to promote both the films equally and she will do so to the best of her capability. She has already begun promoting Kedarnath and will be promoting it the entire November. And, in December, she will be busy with Simmba. Audiences have high expectations from the actor.”

Talking about her debut year in B-Town, Sara says, “Kedarnath and Simmba are both very different films. And both are great scripts. I am grateful and feel lucky that both the movies have chosen me. These films are really great experiences for me to begin [my career] with.”

Kedarnath and Simmba are both such different films. And both are great scripts. I am grateful and feel lucky that both the movies have chosen me.
