I’m just ready to hit the stage and meet the fans who I haven’t seen yet: Silentó
American rapper Richard Lamar Hawk aka Silentó or Prince Silentó is set to perform in India soon. This is his maiden tour to the country and the 21-year-old has plans to win the hearts of his Indian fans with his music. He will be performing in Mumbai and Delhi on February 8 and 9, respectively.
A thrilled Silentó shares, “I’m just ready to hit the stage and meet the fans who I haven’t seen yet. Our show is going to be very fly.”

musician’s travel itinerary. “I’m looking forward to spending some time exploring India and its beautiful sights and sounds. A trip to the Taj Mahal is definitely on the cards,” says the rapper, who started performing since he was in the eighth grade.
Known for his hit debut Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae), Silentó has performed in several award ceremonies and has also been a part of The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Back in 2016, he had also teamed up with South Korean singer Punch to release the single Spotlight. And last year, the rapper released his first two albums, Fresh Outta High School and Fresh Outta High School Part 2.
The organisers of the event are happy to bring Silentó to the country and are hopeful that music lovers will have a great time. “Hip-hop and rap is coming of age in India and it’s great to see the response we have garnered on the booking. Silentó enjoys a steady fan following in India and commands a great loyal fanbase,” says the organiser.
