Why Aamir grows his hair, beard before films
Aamir ‘perfectionist’ Khan is known to surprise his fans with his looks as the actor likes to experiments with the appearance of the characters he plays. But did you know how he goes about it? Well, a source close to the actor shares that the first thing he does is grow his hair and beard.
Elaborating on the process, the source reveals, “He prefers growing his beard and hair before his films because that helps him to play with different looks. In a way, it also gives him the flexibility to play with multiple looks in one film, if required.” Even for the last few films, such as Dangal (2016), Secret Superstar (2017), and Thugs of Hindostan (2018), the actor followed the same process, shares the source.
“Aamir likes to keep his looks more natural; that’s why he prefers not using an extension or a fake moustache. He usually keeps a low key profile before his film releases and concentrates on his work,” adds the source.
Meanwhile, it’s being reported that the 53-year-old actor might play the lead in the Gulshan Kumar biopic. The makers of the film are finalising the rest of the cast and are currently looking for a director for the project. An announcement is expected to be made soon.
