Explaining the process, he adds, “Most restaurants claim to serve biryani but are however actually serving pulao or curry rice. The biryani made at DeeZ is cooked the authentic way where the rice and vegetables/meat are cooked separately in a secret recipe. They are then stacked in layers and further cooked on a low flame.”
