Kunal Kapoor on having kids: I can’t say when exactly it will happen
Actor Kunal Kapoor is quite active on social media and loves to share his workout pictures and keep his fans updated with what’s happening in his life. While many actors refrain from sharing their personal life on social media, Kunal is pretty relaxed and doesn’t shy away from posting lovable pictures with his wife Naina Bachchan.
The two got married in February 2015 and the actor credits his wife for being very supportive. “Naina helps me in all aspects of my life and that in turn helps me grow in my craft. She is my toughest critic. She is not somebody who would mince words. She is very straightforward about what she feels,” says the 42year-old.
Kunal, who was last seen onscreen in Noblemen, further shares that marriage has helped him learn how partners can complete each other. “I (used to) find it a cliché which they say we complete each other. I used to find it very ridiculous. But now, being married to Naina for four years, I have realised what it really means. When you talk about completion, I think it is lovely to find somebody who overcomes your weaknesses and enhances your strengths. That is what she has done for me and hopefully, I have done for her,” he elaborates.
Ask if they plan to have kids anytime soon, Kunal says, “I can’t say when exactly. It will happen in its due course.”
Also, the fact that Naina works in the banking sector, Kunal rules out any possibility of her acting on the big screen. “I don’t think that will happen because acting is not her area of interest. She belongs to the financial world and loves what she does,” he says.
