Ellen DeGeneres’ home burglarised
Popular host Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia De Rossi’s home was raided by robbers. The Santa Barbara county sheriff’s office confirmed the news on Thursday, stating that the incident took place at DeGeneres’ home in Montecito California (US) on July 4, reported Fox News.
“The residence appears to have been targeted due to the victim’s celebrity status,” the release stated. “The exact description of the items that were taken is not available for release, but they are described as high-value jewellery and watches.”
An “extensive and ongoing” investigation is being conducted by “sheriff’s detectives and forensic technicians,” authorities said.
In addition, according to the release, the Santa Barbara county sheriff’s office is in contact with other law enforcement agencies to determine if the incident is “related to additional recent celebrity home burglaries”. arry Styles has paid tribute to his One Direction bandmates on their 10th anniversary, telling Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik how proud he is of all they achieved together.

None of this would be possible without the support you’ve given along the way.”
Styles further said that he will be forever thankful for everything. “I just can’t believe it’s been 10 years. Thank you to our crew, our team, and everyone else who helped us along the way. To all the fans, I love you, and I thank you with all my heart...”
He added, “And finally.. to the boys, I love you so much, and I couldn’t be prouder of everything we achieved together. Here’s to ten. H.”
Styles’ message came after Tomlinson, Horan and Payne shared their own messages about the anniversary on social media.
Malik quit the band in 2015, while One Direction went on an indefinite hiatus in 2016 as Styles, Tomlinson, Horan and Payne pursued solo careers.
