DO YOGA AND MEDITATION

Keeping your mind calm and happy is of utmost importance. Indulge in some breathing exercises as recommende­d by your doctor and meditate for at least 15 minutes, daily.

DO WHAT YOU LOVE

We often forget our hobbies and passion in the mundane chaotic life. Pregnancy is the time to get back to the activities that you have missed the most. Read, listen to music, do whatever you enjoy.

EMBRACE YOUR BODY Love the way your body is transition­ing. The scars and the sensations make you feel more attached and connected to your baby. Take pictures of your baby bump. Talk to the baby and create a connect.

PLAN AHEAD

Get clothes for the baby, get the baby room decor redone, purchase post-pregnancy clothes for yourself. Imagine each upcoming day with the baby, it will bring a smile on your face instantly.
