Actor Genelia Deshmukh posted a beautiful picture in a gold corset with kohl-rimmed eyes. She captioned it with a mind captivating expression, “Leave a little sparkle wherever you go.” She expresses how spreading happiness and glitter in people’s lives is a great way to make them feel valued.
BE LIKE THE OCEAN
Model Gigi Hadid took to Instagram to post a stunning picture in an embellished gown. In its thoughtful caption, she quoted Danish writer and poet, K Tolnoe, “like the ocean, you can be everything at once,” expressing how our soul is majestic like the expansive waters of an ocean. And for whenever a storm comes, winds rise and clouds darken, our heart opens and we are encouraged to flow like the waves of the ocean.
BIG FIGHT IN A SMALL BODY
Stella Martin triumphed over the dreaded virus, Covid-19, after suffering from it for nine long months. The four-year-old got a celebratory send off from the hospital’s healthcare workers. The little girl was diagnosed with a severe bout of the disease in April 2020 after her father passed away owing to the virus. We are glad that she is back home and wish her health and happiness.
BEAUTIES IN THE SKY
In a rare event, flocks of the Grandala coelicolor birds — usually seen at altitudes of 9,000 feet and above — were spotted at a low altitude of around 2,000 feet in Uttarakhand’s Bhagirathi valley. Excited over the prospect, the Uttarakhand forest department plans to convert the Bhagirathi valley into a winter tourism destination for birders.

In a display of strength and pride, the Indian Air Force participated in Aero India 2021. Their aerobatic team, Suryakiran, performed complicated manoeuvres leaving the audience gasping at the airshow held at Yelahanka Air Force Station in Bengaluru.

Our reader, Archana Joshi, a poet and a thinker, published her maiden book, Life Unearthed, in the pandemic. She shared with us how the book contains 365 inspirational quotes about life. She shares that being a homemaker, she is happy that she used this time fruitfully and she would love to write more and help boost people’s confidence and morale.
