India’s largest bike taxi app, their motorcycle taxis are now available in 100 cities. During the lockdown in 2020, when the bike taxi service came to a standstill, they pivoted and put focus on delivery service to supply essential items, and didn’t charge commission from the drivers. Post the lockdown, Rapido Auto was launched.
