Suniel Shetty is in no hurry to announce new projects

Suniel Shetty might have started a new chapter of his career with his OTT debut, but the actor is not looking to be part of any race.
“I’m getting to do things that I could have never dreamt of. I am in a beautiful phase of my life at this age, which I very proudly flaunt. And it is a refreshing change to see,” the 61-year-old says. And it isn’t just Shetty who wants to give it time — he says his children, actors Ahaan and Athiya Shetty, too, want to take it slow.
“We are not in a hurry. We’re seeing the change that has come at the box office and the kind of work people are expecting. We are not excited about announcing, or being in the news just for the sake of being in news. I will never be seen anywhere until I need to,” he signs off
Interestingly, Shetty runs every project that he considers, by his children, and at the same time, also shares with them lessons from his journey. “I constantly tell them never to do what I used to do. For instance, I used to focus on action. Now, there are experts out there. If you sit down and discuss your experience, you suddenly realise [the change it brings to] the quality of work,” explains Shetty, adding that he discusses the littlest of things that he feels could help them. “For instance, for Dharavi Bank, if I was called to the set at 11, I used to be there at 9. You see that everybody’s on time on the set. You discuss with your director. Before you go on the set, he explains to you, you argue at times,” adds the
