Mid East Express is a tiny shack that is easy to miss unless you frequent this area regularly. But true to its name, you’ll find the kebabs and shawarma here like they’re off the streets of Qatar rather than Hyderabad. The chicken shawarma, made with special Arabic bread and flavoured with herbs imported from the Middle East is a favourite here. Nothing is overtly spicy since Hummus or Tahini sauce and more such flavourings are used instead of Indian sauces.
