CHOCOLATE MAKING
Stock your refrigerator with your child’s own handmade chocolates that you can keep digging into, or gift to your friends this summer. Radhika Mandala’s one day basic chocolate making class is a fun filled affair where she starts with teaching children to melt chocolate–the ideal temperature and duration that chocolate needs to be heated at. Next comes filling and setting in moulds. Children are also introduced to various kinds of fillings. The basic course involves 12 fillings. They can then wrap the chocolates in interesting kinds of packaging. Advanced courses include making chocolate bouquets, setting in 3D moulds, experimenting with liqueur fillings and more such activities.
