CLEARED Jammu and Kash­mir Chief Min­is­ter Omar Ab­dul­lah, in the mys­te­ri­ous death of Na­tional Con­fer­ence worker Yusuf Syed in 2011. A mag­is­te­rial probe said Syed died of a heart at­tack soon af­ter Ab­dul­lah handed him over to the po­lice.
