Help your kids draw up a funfilled calendar this summer
With the sun blazing down and the annual vacations lazily stretching out over the next two months, it’s time to let your kids forget about their homework and bring on the fun factor. Before they begin to settle down in front of the idiot box for a re- run of old cartoons, check out some of these great options to keep them up and running, and having a terrific time while doing so.
STORY TELLING
If you wish to introduce your children to the wonderful world of books, then plan a visit to Hippocampus— primarily a library throughout the year, it turns into Camp Yakaboo during summer. The camp comprises a number of activities for children of different age groups. Sessions here include learning about aquatic and aerial animals through story, craft and colour for two to eight year olds or using conversation and story to help four to fifteen year olds understand their family, friends and feelings better. Mentors with backgrounds in related subjects, most with experience oversees, provide expert guidance.
