The popular deli Afraa, has opened its fourth outlet in the city. Located in New Town, the deli caters primarily to office going crowds. Housed within the Ecospace business park premises, the deli is open all day and the ample seating space is ideal for catching up over a meal. The highlight in their interior design is the huge collage of cartoons pertaining to Bengali life spanning an entire wall. The range of products on sale is limited but the fresh food on offer makes up for this. Some of the tasty eats here include freshly made sandwiches, scrambled eggs and baked beans or cheesy corn on toast apart from an exhaustive list of salads, soups, wraps, rolls, pizzas, pastas, mocktails and desserts to choose from. Among the must- try dishes are the chicken Caesar salad and the hotdogs with Vienna sausages and cheese. This summer the deli has also introduced summer coolers like Fizzy Apple and Melon Freeze.
