If you want to look like a million bucks on your wedding day without actually spending it, Suits U is your shop. A trendsetter of sorts, it is the first store to give out wedding wear for men on rent, a concept that is unique not just to the city but to all of South India. The store has something for everyone— rows of formal business suits or heavy sherwanis and jodhpuris, Indo- Western wear and designer suits. None of these are locally designed but handpicked from the creations of smaller and upcoming designers in Mumbai. So, you will not find any well known names here but the designs are nothing like what you’ll see elsewhere. The clothes are altered to perfection for each client and strictest standards of hygiene are maintained. With Suits U all set to bring out women’s wedding wear for rent in the next few months, brides to- be have something to look forward to as well.
