WORLD WIDE FUND INDIA INTERNSHIP
Set up with the objective of safeguarding India’s ecology, WWF- India is one of the largest organisations in the country working towards the conservation of wildlife and nature. The Centre for Environmental Law at WWF- India provides internship opportunities for law students interested in working in the field of wildlife conservation. During the period of internship, the interns maintain a weekly journal to record activities, reactions and insights to theoretical perspectives that they gain through daily work assignments. The internship mostly includes practical work assignments in the field of environmental law whereby interns are expected to gain insights into the various conservation initiatives of WWF- India. At the end of the internship, the interns are required to submit a report detailing the internship experience and evaluating personal growth, along with a five minute presentation to the WWF stake holders, on the project work done by them.
