2G case

A file containing crucial documents related to the telecom policy of 1994, which allowed the entry of private companies and introduced mobile telephony, went missing in June 2011 from the Department of Telecommunications ( DoT). Also missing was a Cabinet note on the policy prepared by DoT and papers related to its approval by the then Cabinet.
