Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar quietly joined Facebook on September 2, the day he ridiculed politicians, including his former Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, for using the microblogging site Twitter to convey messages. Nitish had then scoffed that “che- che cheche” should be left to the birds.
