The Accidental Witness

A man who witnessed a police car chase near the US Capitol building in Washington D. C. has been labelled ‘ Bro Witness’. This is primarily because the witness, Matthew Jacobs, spoke to several reporters while sitting on a bicycle, shirtless. The 26- year- old New Zealander was on a bicycle tour of America when he happened to see the incident. Now, Bro Witness even has a fake Twitter account (@ BroWitness)— a sure sign of fame.
