Red Tapism
From the time India became a republic, our babus have been very cunningly and selfishly manipulating the system to directly benefit their class (“Revenge of the Babus”, October 7). Now they have connived with the politicians and have become all- powerful and are the ones ruling the country. Quite a few are involved in corruption.
