The solo ex­hi­bi­tion of Ker­ala-based artist Gopikr­ishna fea­tures paint­ings in oil and wa­ter­colour with myr­iad char­ac­ters in a fan­tas­ti­cal universe. The paint­ings ( his work, see right) that were ex­e­cuted be­tween 2011 and 2013, rep­re­sent what Gopikr­ishna has seen and ex­pe­ri­enced over a pe­riod of th­ese two years. His first solo show was held in 1989 at the Col­lege of Fine Arts Gallery, Thiruvananthapuram.
