Located on the ground floor of a residential high rise in Prahladnagar, VarieTea is an ideal space for both social and official get-togethers. The interiors are spacious and the low seating sofa invites you to take a leisurely tea break. VarieTea is a paradise for all types of tea drinkers. Whether you love the typical ginger chai with bun maska, fancy Irish breakfast tea with muffins, cold iced teas or have a love affair with green teas, the menu at VarieTea will spoil you with choices. The gourmet menu with over 75 tea varieties is spread across nine pages and offers interesting options like Kachi Keri Iced Tea, Green Tea Mojito, Chocolate Tea Latte, Tea Frappe and signature teas, which are in-house blends. We ordered a refreshing Pineapple Iced Tea and an exquisite ChocoCoconut Signature Tea, which is essentially black tea infused with shredded coconut and chocolate chips. In accompaniments, the chef’s special butter garlic fries are an absolute must-have. If you prefer some traditional tea-time snacks, then the Irani snacks such as Nan Khatai, Cream Rolls and Cheese Masala Khari will remind you of the charm of old world tea stalls. Not too keen about tea? Don’t worry; coffees and speciality shakes are also available on the extensive menu.
