Kumar Vishwas, local youth Rajesh Pandey says, “pays Rs 500 per day for a motorbike and Rs 1,000 for fuel if you take a car to his poll rallies.” Young Congress supporters begin their day tanking up with money being handed out by AAP and then slink away an hour later to join Gandhi’s proxy campaign in the villages.
