Parkash Singh Badal was all smiles when Bihar minister Narendra Singh said at the Progressive Punjab Agro Summit on February 16 that he wanted to see Badal “unfurl the flag at Red Fort on August 15”. This while Shivraj Chouhan, Akhilesh Yadav and others avoided eye contact.
