Taking his love for violins to another level, a New York resident got his backyard pool designed as a replica of an 18th Century Stradivarious. And it’s not just another violin-shaped gimmick; the pool comes kitted with an array of mind-boggling features. The strings of the violin pool are embedded with 6,800 fibre optic strands that light up when synchronised with a piece of music. Cipriano Landscape Design, the creators of the masterpiece, have also incorporated two koi ponds and a Riverflow Jet System for kayaking.
