Aretired Sri Lankan public servant, he rented a safe house in House No. A233 in North Moti Bagh, Delhi. ARRESTED by CBI in June 1991 while trying to flee to Nepal. He was released in 1999 and moved to Switzerland.

The 17-year-old Black Tiger suicide bomber landed in Tamil Nadu in March 1991 and hid in safe houses. ARRESTED by CBI in June 1991 and released in 1999. She married a coaccused, Vicky alias Vighneshwaran, and now lives with him in Switzerland.

He had lost a leg in a mine blast and shuttled between Delhi and Jaipur on the pretext of getting a Jaipur foot. He gathered intelligence on Rajiv in Delhi. ARRESTED by CBI in June 1991, but released in 1998 because he was not involved in the main plot.
