INGREDIENT­S Five eggs 250 g sugar 100 ml milk Nutmeg as per the palate Rum and brandy as per taste METHOD Boil milk along with nutmeg powder until the raw flavour of the milk goes away. Beat eggs and sugar together, ensure that sugar gets dissolved fully to pale white colour. Pour milk into beaten eggs and cook gently till the mixture coats the sides of the spatula. Transfer the mixture into a clean bowl after adding rum and brandy. Once the mixture gets cold, pour it into glasses and refrigerat­e it before serving. Handy hint When you add egg yolk, nutmeg and vanilla to dark rum, it gives an appetising aroma and structure to the cocktail
