Chef Tejas is the executive sous chef at The Oberoi, Gurgaon and heads the globally acclaimed Amaranta, the hotel’s modern Indian restaurant. Tejas likes his ingredients to be fresh and the method of preparation to be simple to enhance the flavours further. He also likes to play table tennis, which helps impove his concentration in the kitchen.
