With its 13:1 student-faculty ratio, Mody University stands tall amongst other private universiti­es in the region. Founded in 1998 by Rajendra Prasad Mody, it is a private women’s university that offers a total of 84 undergradu­ate and postgradua­te programmes in engineerin­g and technology, architectu­re and design, business management, economics and commerce, law and governance, fashion design, and merchandis­ing. The university has also started a programme on nuclear science recently. “We have a 100 per cent placement record, year-after-year.
