The curriculum has become flexible to accommodat­e the changing needs of stakeholde­rs. There is an increased focus on issues such as ethics and sustainabi­lity.

Classrooms have become more global and collaborat­ive, with tutors and students working together on the challenges faced by the fashion industry. Classrooms are also becoming virtual—students from different locations can join in on lectures, which brings a new perspectiv­e to the interactio­ns.
