“Kickboxing training also uplifts one’s spiritual, mental and emotional being,” Pancham Prashar, martial arts instructor

Pancham Prashar, 39, along with Dr Aman Jain, has been organising kickboxing, martial arts, yoga and sessions on nutrition and health for children and adults for the past three years. Having trained more than 200 students, Prashar says that there is more to martial arts than just the frequently-talked about physical fitness aspect. “The training also uplifts one’s spiritual, mental and emotional being,” he says. For him, training youngsters has always been a pleasurable experience. “I felt tremendous growth in myself as the years of training progressed and reasons to continue practicing transformed.” Save the Date The summer session started mid-April. Classes from 7 am to 8 am. Contact Amshi Fitness House # 1170,
