For the past 20 years, Dr Shobha Koser, 72, who heads the Pracheen Kala Ken­dra has been con­sis­tently or­gan­is­ing dif­fer­ent sum­mer works at her in­sti­tute at­tended by more than 80 stu­dents ev­ery year. This year, young­sters from dif­fer­ent age groups will be taught folk dances of dif­fer­ent In­dian states be­sides work­shops on drama and paint­ing and Mad­hubani School of paint­ings. “It may sound clichéd, but I have made it my mis­sion to in­tro­duce the younger gen­er­a­tion to our rich cul­tural her­itage through dif­fer­ent art forms.
