Pulp Fictions

-

It’s summer, and you’re looking for something light to read? How about a thriller that isn’t a big doorstop of a book? If so, you could look at some pulp magazines. Initially an American phenomenon, they used stories set in foreign locales like India, Africa and South America—informing and entertaining readers at the same time. There was even an Indian author— Prince Sarath Ghosh—who told jungle stories set in India.
