Bengaluru-based CoreEL Technologi­es (I), founded in 1999, has grown into a leading developer and full-service provider of advanced electronic system level products and solutions for aerospace and defence, research and higher education, as well as digital media broadcasti­ng industries.

They have developed more than 50 products for the Defence Research and Developmen­t Organisati­on in the last eight years for radar, sonar, electronic warfare and missile applicatio­n.

Stagebox, its flagship video product, is considered the industry’s first high fidelity broadcast video over internet product. It is one of the very few companies to have expertise in core electronic­s ranging from FPGA Design, RF Design, Analog & Digital Hardware Design, PCB Design, Signal Integrity Analysis, Mechanical Design (CAD & CAE), Optical Design capabiliti­es. With an estimated turnover of over Rs 100 crore, CoreEL is the first company in India to have developed digital beam forming technology along with LRDE for Radar Applicatio­ns. It has a joint patent with LRDE for DBF technology.

CoreEL also has a training division, with a focus on VLSI Design and Verificati­on, FPGA Design and Verificati­on and Embedded System Design. It has an inhouse R&D team that keeps pace with the latest technology tools, hardware and software offered in the industry ecosystem

The company is betting big on aerospace and defence. It has been recognised for its design and delivery of the industry’s first optical distributi­on network for radar applicatio­ns.
