SECTION 3 (General Test)
The paper will have questions on general knowledge, current affairs, general mental ability, numerical ability, quantitative reasoning (simple application of basic mathematical concepts from arithmetic, algebra. geometry, mensuration and statistics taught till Class VIII), logical and analytical reasoning
REQUIREMENTS AND CHOICES
Candidates must appear in one language paper from Section 1A, one domain subject and the general test. The Section 1B papers are optional
Candidates can appear in more papers to expand their choice of undergraduate streams and disciplines. A student can take a maximum of nine papers, including the general test and either two language papers and six domain papers, or three language papers and five domain papers
