I have applied for the issuance of DOB certificate in favour of my son Mohammad Asim who was born on 27-11-2019 at LD Hospital. If anybody has any objection in this regard he/ she may file his/her objection in the concerned office within a period of seven days from the date of publication of this notice. After that no objection shall be entertained.

The Caveators most humbly submit as under:1. That the Caveators are the residents of UT of Jammu and Kashmir and have every right to invoke the jurisdiction of this Hon’ble Court.
2. That the coventors are the owners in possession of land situated at Lasjan, Srinagar, Kashmir and the caveators are being harassed by some of their neighbours and relatives.
3. That thecaveators apprehend that the non-caveators may file any case / petition/ application/ appeal/ revision or any other proceedings against the interests of the caveators before this Hon'ble Court.
4. That the Caveators pray to this Hon’ble Court, that the Caveators or their counsel may kindly be put on notice before any order of any kind is passed in favour of the non- caveators, in case they may file any case / petition/ application/ appeal/ revision or any other proceedings against the Caveators in this Hon’ble Court.
5. That a copy of the caveat application has already been published in local daily newspaper. Copy of the newspaper is enclosed herewith as Annexure - A. fn the premises, it Is, therefore, prayed that before passing any order in favour of the non-caveators, the caveators or their counsel be put to notice and be heard, the same will be in consonance with law and justice.
