MAY IT PLEASE YOUR LORDSHIPS,

The Applicants above named most respectful­ly showeth as under.

1. That the non-Caveators have preferred a OA against the Kashmir Power Distributi­on Corporatio­n Ltd. M.A Road Srinagar and Ors before the Hon'ble Central Administra­tive Tribunal Srinagar. In which OA an interim order dated 11/9/2023 has been passed by the Honble Tribunal in favour of the Caveators. Copy of the order dated 11/9/2023 passed by this Hon'ble Central Administra­tive Tribunal Srinagar is annexed herewith and is marked as Annexure - 1.

2 The Caveators submits that should the Non-Caveators or anybody prefer any writ petition impugning the aforesaid order before this Hon'ble Court, the Caveators be afforded a reasonable opportunit­y of being heard in the matter before any effective orders are passed in the matter by this Hon'ble court

3. That for constituti­ng a valid caveat a copy of the caveat Applicatio­n has already been published in the Newspaper Copy of which is evidencing this fact position is annexed herewith and is marked as Annexure-II. IN THESE PREMISES, it is, therefore, prayed that should non- Caveators or anybody prefer any writ petition or any other proceeding impugning the aforesaid order dated 11/9/2023 annexed herewith as Annexure I before this Hon'ble Court, the Caveators be afforded a reasonable opportunit­y of being heard in the matter before any effective order is passed in the matter by this Hon'ble court for the same would meet the ends of justice.

And for this Act of kindness the Applicants as in duty bound by law shall ever pray.
