Sarmad Hafeez Holds Public Outreach Camp In Kupwara

KUPWARA: Secretary, Youth service and Sports, Sarmad Hafeez, on Friday convened a mega public darbar at Town Hall Kupwara to take stock of public grievances besides assessing development activities in the area.

On the occasion, Secretary also e-inaugurated three development projects in the area.

Addressing at the Public Darbar, Sarmad Hafeez complimented the people for tremendous achievements recorded in growth and development of Kupwara district besides appreciating the district administration for their dedicated efforts on this account.

JAMMU: Secretary Cooperative, Babila Rakwal, on friday chaired a meeting of senior officers to review the status of "Formation of PACS as FPOs" at civil Secretariat, Jammu.

The Secretary was briefed about the scheme and the target fixed by the Government of India for formation of FPOs under Central Sector Scheme, i.e Formation and Promotion of FPOs, where under one FPO in a single block has to be formed initially.

It was also informed that the PACS selected by the Selection Committee in a particular block will then establish FPO Cooperative from their members under Central Sector Scheme.

The meeting also discussed other issues pertaining to formation
