IN THE MATTER OF:

The Caveators most respectfully submit as under:

1. That the Caveator/ Applicant is permanent resident of J&K State and has every right to invoke the Jurisdiction of this Hon’ble court for the redressal of his legal rights.

2. That the Caveator/ Applicants are permanent residents of UT of J&K and have every right to invoke the Jurisdiction of this Hon’ble court for the redressal of their legal rights.

3. That the Caveator have every apprehension that the Non-Caveator may file a suit or any other proceedings against the Caveator before this Hon’ble court.

4. That the Caveators apprehend that any person/s may file any proceedings before this Hon’ble court on false and frivolous grounds without any cause of action or any grievances against the Caveator.

5. That the Caveator may be given opportunity of being heard before passing any order or direction and no order / direction be passed in-exparte which will prejudice to the rights of the Caveator.

6. That since the Caveator do not know as to who is going to file any proceedings against the Caveator as such, the Caveator have already noticed to general public through daily newspaper about the filing of caveat petition. Copy of the new paper is annexed herewith.

In the premises, it is, therefore, prayed this Hon’ble court may be pleased, that before passing any order or direction the Caveator or their counsel may be given opportunity of being heard and no order/direction may be passed in exparte, the same would be in the ends of justice. The registar Births and deaths (EO Municipal Council Pattan/ Block Development Officer Lolpora) has submitted a case file pertaining to Birth of Zuhan Bashir S/o Bashir Ud Din Teli R/O Vizer Wagoora Tehsil Wagoora District Baramulla with verified date of event (birth) as 29-03-2020 occurred at SDH Pattan In this connection, if anybody having any objection to the issuance of said registration may contact this office within seven (07) days, after which no objections shall be entertained.
