In pursuance to the approval accorded by the Administrative Department, School Education, J&K vide Communication No. Edu-PSOCSS/75/2021-01-SED (97253) dated 04-01-2023 and Project Director SAMAGRA Shiksha, J&K vide Order No. 07 of CHIRAG -2023 dated 09-01-2023 & letter No. Edu/ PD/SmS/ECCE/Helpers/1861-1905/2023-24 Dated: 06-06-2023&andrevised FAQs vide no. Edu/ PD/SmS/Quality/Library/1975/2023-24 dated 08-06-2023 and Chief Education Officer Shopian communication vide No.CEO/Spn/SmS/ECCE/23/191-197 Dated 13-06-2023, an advertisement notification was issued by this office vide No. No: ZEO/K /23/ Estt/1436 Dated: 18/07/2023 through Newspapers with opening date of receipt of application Forms as 18-07-2023 and closing date as 31-07-2023 for engagement/ Hiring of AAY’s/ Helpers on contractual basis for 75 Schools on revenue Village basis in case of Rural Areas and Ward Basis in case of Urban Areas. Accordingly provisional selection list has been framed for 41 schools in First phase with the consultation/recommendations of VEC/PRI members as per criteria laid down in the order No. 07 of CHIRAG -2023 dated 09-01-2023 and letter No. Edu/PD/SmS/ECCE/Helpers/1861- 1905/2023-24 Dated: 06-06-2023 and as per revised FAQs vide no. Edu/PD/SmS/Quality/Library/1975/2023-24 dated 08-06-2023 and Order No 150 CHIRAG OF 2023 Dated 21-09-2023 and Letter No Edu/PD/SmS/Estt/6808-31/2023-24 Dated 21/09/2023. Now the tentative selection list (Annexure -A) is hereby published for information of public in general and Applicant candidate in particular for filing of objections if any. The objection if any against the selection list shall be filed in the office of the Zonal Education Officer Keegam against proper receipt within 4 days from the date of publication of this notification. No objection shall be entertained after expiry of last date of filing objections.
