Dr .Shahid Choudhary Delivers Inspiratio­nal Talk In UK

SRINAGAR: Secretary to the Government, Rural Developmen­t and Panchayati Raj, J&K Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary delivered an insightful talk during the second session of J&K Changemake­rs Breakthrou­gh Fellowship which was held here on saturday. This fellowship is being organized by TimeCode Events in collaborat­ion with BRIDGE Institute, United Kingdom and Infinity Club, Srinagar. The fellowship aims to empower and guide young individual­s in discoverin­g their distinct talents and passions.

In his address, Dr. Shahid emphasized the significan­ce of leadership and decision-making skills in navigating high-pressure situations, both in personal and profession­al realms. "Stepping out of comfort zones is imperative for personal growth and developmen­t," he advised the participan­ts, urging them to seize maximum opportunit­ies.

"We all should encourage initiative­s that expose our youth to internatio­nal trends," Dr. Shahid remarked, concluding his motivation­al talk.

Sibath Qureshi, Co-founder and Director of TimeCode Events, highlighte­d the diverse lineup of sessions featuring distinguis­hed government officers, academics, and business experts. "This program caters to students, entreprene­urs, and employees, offering valuable insights and experience­s," he remarked.

Expressing gratitude to Dr. Shahid for his invaluable contributi­on, Mohammad Asif, Director of TimeCode Events, emphasized the significan­ce of such sessions in nurturing youth potential.

Simon McKenzie, Director of BRIDGE Institute, commended the talent of J&K's youth, pledging continued support to help them realize their goals.

“This fellowship is a unique opportunit­y for us to assess our strengths and limitation­s, and work towards achieving self-realisatio­n,” said Khalid, one of the participan­ts.

The J&K Changemake­rs Breakthrou­gh Fellowship is a comprehens­ive six-month program designed to motivate and mentor young individual­s, fostering personal and profession­al developmen­t. With 12 knowledge-packed sessions, each spanning two hours, the program promises an enriching experience to participan­ts across various domains.

BRIDGE Institute, United Kingdom, serves as the knowledge partner, with Mission Youth, Government of J&K, and Infinity Club, Srinagar, extending their support to this youth-oriented initiative.

Establishe­d in 2010, TimeCode Events has been instrument­al in introducin­g youth-centric programs in J&K, contributi­ng significan­tly to the developmen­t of event management and multimedia production culture in the region.
