THE JOY OF LEARNING
An exhibition on Early Childhood Education based on the philosophy of Lorris Malaguzzi is being held at IGNCA. At the root of this exhibition, lies a strong interdisciplinary and intercultural concept of knowledge and learning that guarantees equal rights of expression and listening to head, heart and hands, and to rationality. It promises to unfold the beauty on how children can use their environment, think differently, explore in innumerable ways and develop into wholesome individuals.

FRAMING COLOURFUL PASSION
A solo art show named “A Force: Within You Without You” by artist Mahendra Kadia is curated by Vinod Bharadwaj. The artist here presents an outburst of hues using different mediums and offering beautiful illusions to the art admirers of the Capital. Each work represents a fusion of oils, pastels, and conta (a graphic day composit) media which are welded into a sequence of fantastic shapers.

CAMERA DILLI-KA
The Centre for Community Knowledge (CCK) at Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD) has been creating a collection of photographs from the personal holdings and amateur photographers from the city of Delhi. It is called the Narain Prasad Collection, in memory of late Narain Prasad(1924-2016) resident of Haveli Haider Quli, Chandni Chowk, Delhi whose photo donation started off this journey. Approximately 120 photos will be exhibited and the story of how this collection has been built will be the subject of a talk at the venue.

POWER OF WORDS
This exhibition ‘Amader Katha’ or ‘Our Words’ comprises of recent paintings, drawings, and mixed media works by artist Amrita Ghosh and Subrata Mete and can be considered as an attempt to convey their words or message. Words have tremendous power and strength which can bring about unprecedented and unthinkable change(s) to an existing situation. One’s own self is expressed in his or her words. Therefore, the right to speak and express oneself freely ought not to be reduced; rather it needs to be nurtured.
