SOUTH ASIAN LIT FESTIVAL
The Foundation of SAARC Writers and Literature (FOSWAL) is organising its 53rd festival which will witness delegates, authors, poets from all SAARC nations. The brainchild behind this literary event is Madam Ajeet Cour, who is an Indian writer. The inaugral session on February 24 at C. D Deshmukh Auditorium, IIC will witness well-known eminent intellectuals with their keynote addresses.when: February 24 – 26

COTTAGE CRAFTS MELA
To promote the exclusive Indian handicrafts, handlooms and spirit of craftsmanship, Central Cottage Industries Corporation of India Ltd. (CCIC) had organized this exhibition to display the Cottage Premium Range Of Crafts and Weaves for the visitors. The products range in exhibition will include artefacts, pottery, marblecraft, metalcraft, stonecraft, furniture, papier mache, toys, carpets, sarees, dress fabrics, shawls, ready to wear, home linen and much more.

KATHAK DANCE RECITAL
Dr Rekha Mehra with her group is all set to enthral the audience with Kathak Dance Recital and dance Ballet on Buddha, Universe in you. She is a trained classical dancer, who has acquired a unique style of her own. An exponent of Kathak Dance, Choreographer, Guru and social activist, she has skilfully blended Indian mythology with traditional dance style along Jaipur and Lucknow Gharana. FESTIVAL OF LETTERS
Sahityotsav, a six day festival hosted by Sahitya Akademi will have seesions with authors, Sahitya Akademi awards, writer’s meet, poetry reading, story reading, eminent scholars in conversation with Akademi award winners, folklore and its modern adaptation, tribal writer’s meet, children activities and symposium on unritten languages of India.
