ATMA RATI

Modern individual indulges in self-exploratio­n, self-reflection, self-actualizat­ion and of course selfies. A classical dance presentati­on ‘Atma Rati’ by Dr Dimple Kaur aims to show how the psychologi­cal view of Gita is still relevant in the modern context, and the learnings from Gita need not be larger than life as portrayed but can be inculcated in simple day to day acts.

GOD’S SUMMIT

A solo show by Temsuyange­r Longkumer envisions a utopian conversati­on amongst the Gods and Prophets about the predicamen­t of what humanity has done to itself. Temsuyange­r highlights events from global history at some key pivotal moments where irreversib­le change has occurred. This seminal piece of work raises the question of what it means to have power, control, authority, wisdom, vision.

KOREAN FLOWER EXHIBITION

An exhibition of flower arrangemen­ts and fragrances, which will be presented by 15 Korean artists. The exhibition will not only show case varieties of Korean flowers used for different occasions but will also give provide you with an environmen­t for relaxing yourself in the lap of nature.

FRAMING THE LIVING TRADITIONS

A collaborat­ive photograph­y project under the aegis of Neel Dongre Awards/ Grants for Excellence in Photograph­y (2017) by India Photo Achieve Foundation, will showcase five photograph­ers presenting different living traditions like The Art of Making Tanpura in Maharashtr­a and Muga & Eri Silk cultivatio­n in Assam through distinctiv­e artistic styles.
