Tiwari accuses Kejriwal of playing new gimmick
NEW DELHI: BJP Delhi president Manoj Tiwari accused Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of playing a new gimmick to mislead the citizens of Delhi and said the falsehood of his government was being exposed gradually and that the government has completely degraded the standard of politics.
Attacking the AAP government, BJP leader said that allegations of corruption have been constantly leveled up against Kejriwal and his government but the kind of reaction they have shown after the CBI inquiry on Monday gives a proof of their anarchic nature.
Tiwari also stated that earlier Kejriwal projected himself as a crusader against the corruption in politics but when serious charges leveled against him and his ministers and colleagues, he is raising question against the impartiality of the investigating agencies, which is a proof of his double standard in the matters of corruption.
Tiwari said that the Chief Minister, after inspection of the hospitals, has himself admitted about the shortage of medicines and also found the deficiency in the services of Anganwadi. Despite that, he claimed about providing free medicines and best Anganwadi service through advertisements.
“The people of Delhi want to know from Kejriwal that when he has himself admitted about irregularity in the hospitals and Anganwadi services, then why he has wasted crores of rupees on false advertisements?,” Tiwari questioned.
