GREATER NOIDA: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has issued completion certificates to builders following the orders from state government.

The authority was given a target to handover 7,000 flats by December 31 against which the authority has issued completion certificates for 7,920 flats and plots.

The state government had ordered the CEOS of all the three authorities-noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Authority to handover 50,000 flats to home buyers by December end.

Yamuna Authority was given a target to handover seven thousand units, following which the authority successfully achieved the target by issuing completion certificates to 7,920 units, thus clearing the way to provide possession to home buyers.

“The builder’s have been issued CC after conducting inspections at builder’s site. We hope that the home buyers will soon be able to take possession over their homes.

“The registration process has been started. Post registration a buyer can easily get shifted into their dream home” said Arun Vir Singh, CEO, YEIDA.

According to the officials, the builders that have been issued completion certificates (CC) include Supertech, Green way builder, SDS builder, Ajnara and Gaur sons.

Supertech has been issued CC for 785 units while Gaur Sons has been issued CC for 1,091 units. Apart from these 3,770 flats and 806 plots, under authority schemes, also contribute to the 7,920 count.

However officials said that ATS builder also applied to seek CC for 1,146 flats, which was not approved from the authority after conducting inspection at builder’s site.

The official said that the builder failed to meet the required guidelines to obtain CC and has been given time to complete the pending work and re-apply.
