In the loving memory of Pt. Acchan Maharaj, the great Kathak Legend of Lucknow Gharana and father of Pt. Birju Maharaj, a two-day live dance and music festival will be organised by Ministry of Culture and Kalahetu. While the first day will see Hindustani Classical Music being performed by maestros, the second day will bring together kathak dance performers on one stage.
