HARYANA TO IMPOSE ₹5,100 PENALTY FOR ABANDONING COWS

CHANDIGARH: Haryana Gau Seva Aayog chairman Bhani Ram Mangla has on Monday said that a fine of Rs 5,100 would be imposed on those abandoning milch cows in the state. For this purpose, a mobile application is being prepared with the assistance of IT cell which would reveal information about the place and district of animal on the basis of tag number.
